Juliet, Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Pam Caldwell of Lovely, Kentucky; her stepchildren, Emmil Rodgers (Linda) of Ripley, Brenda Estep of Winifrede and Johnny McClure (Julie) of Foster; her grandchildren, Megan Bailey, Samantha Mathews (Christina), Christopher Mathews (Araya), Michael Mathews, Allison Minks, Jay Rodgers, Cindy Cason and Christy Cox; her great grandchildren, Campbell Bailey, Asher Bailey and Ava Mathews; her sister-in-law Debbie Rose; her nieces, Irene Dingess and Donna Brewer; her great-nephew Donald Rose; her friends, Mary Adkins, Connie Turley, Amy Starcher, Leatha DePugh, Patty Crist, Van Durrett and Clifford Jones; and her caregivers, Antia Lawrence, Lisa Thorne, Jacqlyn Gregory and Jeff Cave.
