It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Johnson of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Steve find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Johnson and Louise Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Gail Johnson; and his sister Lanie Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodfin Chapel (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Vanderbilt Cancer Center in memory of Steve will be greatly appreciated.
