She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Winningham and Alene Winningham; and her brothers, Robert N. and James H. Winningham. She is survived by: her husband Michael Vines; her sons, Clayton A. Vines and Christopher M. Vines (Shea); her grandchildren, Lilley A. Vines, Trenton M. Vines and Corbyn Vines; her sisters, Carolyn Buckles and Trish Scudder; and her foster brother Roger Dale Howey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
