He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Draper and Ruby Draper. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Draper; his children, Clint Draper (Julie), Lisa Whited (Jacky), Amanda Baker (Mitch), Richard Draper and Sheena Presson (Chris); his sisters, Shirley Conatser (Raymond), Nancy Draper, Faye Harris (Ed) and Dianne Gilmore (Johnny); his grandchildren, Anna Kay Ellison (Craig), Presley Draper, Tom Draper, Luke Whited, Layla Lowder, Lizzie Baker, Aaron Presson, Savannah Mofield (McKinley), Austin Felts, Calyssa Presson and Jonah Presson; and his great grandchildren, Gunner Mofield and Hunter Presson.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Highland Heights Church of Christ building fund.
