He is survived by: his wife Pam Carter; his daughters, Jessica Carter and Cynthia Hickman (Michael); his siblings, Jerry Carter (Pat) and Pamela Cameron; and his grandchildren, Bailey Jo Carter, Jon Michael Carter, Micayla Hickman, Jackson Wood and Grace Wood.
