He was predeceased by: his father Robert Connelly. He is survived by: his wife Darlina Connelly; his daughters, Kayla Connelly and Hannah Connelly (Tyler); his grandsons, Sawyer and Samson Temple; his mother Evyonne Connelly; his siblings, Stephen Connelly, Evyonne Ryan (Bobby), Cathy Clark (Ron), Greg Connelly and Kevin Connelly (Donna); and his close friends, Dan and Ann Marie Kennmore. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

The family ask instead of flowers that donation be made for final funeral expenses, either directly to the funeral home or to the family.
