She was predeceased by : her father Roy Dugger; her husband Wayne Eastep; her son Kenny Eastep; and her siblings, Betty Eastep, Marie Calvert, Bertie Mae Clark, Dorothy Henson, Catherine Pruitt, Jessie Grooms and Raymond "Spud" Dugger.

She is survived by : her sons, Randy Eastep (Tammy), Stanley Eastep (Pat) and Barry Eastep (Melanie); her grandchildren, Melissa Myers, Aaron Eastep (Tiffany), Lauren Eastep (Taylor), Dewayne "Bubba" Eastep (Morgan), Haley Eastep, Jacob Eastep (Jennifer), Justin Eastep, Adrianna Eastep, Josh Dugger (Ana) and Brandon Eastep (Lauren); and her nieces, Janice MacGeen, Barbara Lindsey and Patricia Grooms. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
