A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Polk Memorial (6465 Trotwood Ave, Columbia, TN 38401).
