He was predeceased by: his stepsons, Jimmy Graham and Dwayne Golden; and his brother Mike Holder. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Holder and Rochelle Ribley; his girlfriend Peggy Golden; his stepdaughter Christy Watkins; and his siblings, Kim Runions and Wendall Holder. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
