He is survived by: his parents, William Dobbins Jr. and Keisha Smith; his brother Zavion Dobbins; his grandparents, James Smith and Angella Wilson; his uncle Mark King; and his aunts, Jaime Smith, Keli Brown, Mercedes Davis and Porshae Davis.
