She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Cates and Lorane Cates (Hugh Buster Dickey); her son Gregory Dickey; her brother Jeffery Cates; her brother-in-law BJ Roberson; and her great-nephew Logan Kelly.
She is survived by: her grandson Chris Dickey; and her sisters, Patricia Roberson and Deborah (Billy Tinsley).
