He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ross Walters and Maudie Cotton Walters; his brother Danny Walters; and his cousin Chris Cotton. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Walters; his children, Kimberly Walters, Kenneth Joe "Ross" Walters and Bill Walters (Becky); his grandchildren, Logan Anthony Shields, Andrew Shields, Kenneth "Winston" Walters and Kash Walters; his siblings, Glenda Garland (Howard) and Billy Walters; his sisters-in-law, Connie Porter Bassham, Tammy Porter and Kaye Walters; his nieces, Nicole McClain (Don) and Vicky Marshall; his cousin Brittany Webb; and his close friends, Bama, Mia and Luna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
