She is survived by: her husband Henry Vaughn; her sons, James Henry "Pete" Vaughn (Michelle Hugueley) and David Vaughn; her grandchildren, Chelsie Vaughn Bales (Marc), Hailey Vaughn and Kayla Vaughn; her great grandchildren, Rylie Armstrong and Vinnie Armstrong; her siblings, Sandra Gail West, Betty West Upton and Joe West; and her daughter-in-law Julie Amanda Vaughn.
