He is survived by: his wife Wendy Woods Gilliam; his parents, George Gilliam and Sheila Workman Gilliam; his children, Andrew Gilliam, Hannah Barger (Michael), Shelby Vandygriff (Nick), Sydney Thomason (Nikki), Harley Gilliam and Roger "Buddy" Gilliam, Jr.; his mother-in-law Faye Woods; his brothers, Todd Gilliam (Scarlett) and Clay Gilliam (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Korileigh Thomason, Timothy Barger, Bubba Gannon Vandygriff, Haddison Vandygriff, Ella Barger, Woody Thomason, Slate "Buddy" Thomason and Rocklyn "Rocky" Thomason. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
