He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Treadway and Flossie Treadway; his siblings, Judy, Madeline and Milford; and his granddaughter Stephanie Hodge.
He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Treadway; his children, Steve Hodge (Karen) and Pamela Hodge; his grandchildren, Jason McLeod (Christy), Justin McLeod (Bri), Laura Webb (Jeremy), Daryl Hodge (Brandi) and Milissa Fitzpatrick (A. J.); his nephew David Evans; his great grandchildren, Zach, Audry, Abby, Jacob, Henry, Cullen, Erin and Payton; and his great great grandchildren, Jaxson and Murdoch.
