She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sydney Norman and Eunice Logue Norman; and her husband Charles Dale. She is survived by: her daughter Debby Faye Chapman (Nickey); her grandson Steven Boshers (Marianne); her sons, Tim Chapman and Brandon Bassham (Keyta); her granddaughters, Malinda Chapman, Emily Pipkin (James Chase) and Nicole Chapman; her great grandchildren, Landyn Boshers, Chaslen, James Edward, Maverick Glendale, Daesyn Jeremiah and Harper Mae; her sister Faye Woods; her caregiver Lisa Whitwell; and her close friends, Vickey, Robbie Ingram and Katie York.
