It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice DeHart (Mountain City, Tennessee), born in Paint Bank, Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Caton DeHart; her parents, John Worley Norris and Nannie Mae Church Norris; her son-in-law Wilson E. Weeks; and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Norris, John Worley "Joe" Norris Jr., William Calvin Norris and Marie Porter.
She is survived by: her children, Steven DeHart of North East, MD, Ruth Weeks of Quarryville, PA, Theresa Potts (Christopher) of Gap, PA and Patrick DeHart of North East, MD; and her sisters, Wilma Dowell of Mountain City, TN and Earlena Rivera of Calvert, MD.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
