She was predeceased by: her parents, O. H. Blackburn (Hill) and Pearlie Wagner Blackburn (Pearl); her siblings, Chloe Jewett, Fred Blackburn, Paul Blackburn, Marie Dugger, Mary Depew (Odell), Stuart Blackburn and Elmer Blackburn; and her son-in-law Don Hazelwood.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Earl Morefield; her children, Diana Hazelwood, Betty Wolfe (Eddie), Linda K. Morefield and Chuck Morefield (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jason Wolfe, Jennifer Lefler and Tyler Morefield; her great grandchildren, Luke Wolfe, Katie Haulsey, Kelsie Kirk, Jett, Colt and Bodee Morefield; her niece Judy Caldwell; her nephew Buster Jewett; and her caregivers, Brianna, Tyler Morefield, Crystal Blevins, Dr. Megan Long and Dr. Christian Robinette. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
