He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther Rupard and Gladys Trivette Rupard. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Pennington Rupard; his children, Tonya Lowe, Misty Acord and Bentha Rupard; his stepchildren, Eric Farrow, Crystal, Brandon Farrow and Tequilla; and his sisters, Patsy (Chris Galliher), Judy Howard and Tammy (Bob Grindstaff). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 1 step great grandchild.
