He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wade Miller and Anna Boone Miller; and his in-laws, Daniel, Ivalee Moody, Willy Moody, Joy Lee Cress, Jack Phillippi, Bill Eller, John R. Cress, John Cress Jr. and Sterling Broyles, II.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Miller; his sister-in-law Cloyce Eller; his nieces and nephews, Vanessa Nelson, Debbie Broyles, Carol Cress, Iva, Richard Danner, James, Eileen Cress, Mike and Katie Phillippi; his great grandchildren, Cora Lynn and Isla Rose Bevins; and his close friends, Dick Grayson, John Payne and Amy Bradley. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Johnson County High School Robotics Team, 290 Fairground Lane, Mountain City TN 37683 and the family respectfully requests no food be brought to the home.
