He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Ashley and Helen Jean Dunn. He is survived by: his son Joshua Jarvis; his siblings, Pamela Victoria Ashley and Kevin Franklin Ashley (Tammy Lynn); his half-brother Joseph Franklin Ashley Jr. (Lavonna); his uncle Roy L. Dunn; his nephews, Damien Hipshire, Austin A. Gentry and Jacob L. Ashley; and his close friend Timothy Eggers.
