She was predeceased by: her parents, John McElyea and Viola Christie McElyea. She is survived by: her husband Sonny; her sons, Michael Roberts (Sonya) of Georgia and John Roberts (Christine) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Tyler Roberts, Madison Roberts and Austin Roberts; her niece Karen Gregg (Brenda Johnson); her grandson Conor Roberts; and her brother John McElyea (Erwin McElyea).
