He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gill and Alice Gill; and his brothers, Lowell and Wesley Gill. He is survived by: his wife Merle Gill; his children, Sandy Preston (Steve), Dan Gill (Kristin) and Beth Telipsky (Bob); his grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Joshua, Marisa, Kaleigh, Samantha and Alex; and his sister Linda Potter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless lifelong friends who were blessed by his humor.
