He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Horne (Becky) of Mountain City, TN, Kimberly Horne (Alfredo), Kenneth Horne of Quarryville, P. A., Susan Townsend (Ed) of Wilmington, Del, Kathy Reburn (Saul) of Oxford, P. A. and Carrie Thomson (Joe) of North East, MD; his siblings, Betty Canter, Robert C. Horne Sr. and Richard (Dick); and his niece Thelma Horne. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
