He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Hawkins (Terry), Shirley Salyer and Mike Repp (Amber); his half-sisters, Ladonna Bradley (Tim) and Ava Rhymer (Tommy); his nieces and nephews, Matt Johnson, Will Hawkins, Christopher Sutherland, Cammy Chandler, Angel Hodge and Amber Lunceford; his great-niece Khloe Hodge; and his cousins, Patience Baird and Velvet "Maggie" Waycaster. He is also survived by several cousins on his dad.
