He is survived by: his wife Pat Mitchell; his stepchildren, Christina Snyder, TJ Church and Johnny Church, Jr.; his sister Elizabeth Wallace of Abingdon, VA; his grandson Dalton Snyder; his mother-in-law Wilma Dowell; his brother-in-law Teddy Dowell; and his nephew Blu Key.
