He is survived by: his parents, Dale Phillips and Louise Phillips of Mountain City, TN.; his wife Amy Phillips; his brother Kevin Phillips; his nephews, Chase, Tyler and Lucas Phillips (Kamryn); his parents-in-law, Junior and Liz McQueen; his brother-in-law Jason McQueen (Jamie); and his nephews, Mason and Jase McQueen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
