She was predeceased by: her parents, Dae Turnbull Hunt and Patrick Petty. She is survived by: her son Maxwell Cook; her stepfather Jim Hunt; and her brothers, Matthew Hunt (Laura) and Adam Hunt (Deanna). She is also survived by family members and friends.
