It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hannah Phipps (Mountain City, Tennessee), who passed away on January 19, 2026, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Sue Maze; her grandfather Steve Phipps; her aunts, Vicki Maze and Misty Bright; and her cousins, Wes Hamby and Christopher Maze.

She is survived by: her parents, Junie Leonard (Mark) and Rudy Phipps; her children, Ashlyn Toney and Corbin Toney; her brothers, Isaac Phipps (Destiny), Steven Phipps (Julianna) and Jacob Phipps (Faith); her boyfriend Sam Arnold; the father of her children Jake Toney; her grandmothers, Cheri (Mitchell Bright) and Cassie Church; her great-grandparent Junior Maze; her nieces and nephews, Madilynn "Buggie" Phipps, Layla Harper and Maeve; her aunts and uncles, Chuck (Kristy Maze), Joey Bright, Tammy Morefield, Tim (Tammy Williams), Casey and Dakota (Megan Maze); and her cousins, Opal Hamby, Ashleigh Howard (Joe), Emmitt Mahala, Chase Williams and Austin Morefield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mountain City Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
