She is survived by: her significant other Charlie Clinton Farmer, Jr.; her children, Phyllis Farmer Griffith (Tony) of Mountain City, TN, Charlie Clinton Farmer, III of Newport, NC and Kay Farmer Miller (Tommy) of Washington, NC.; her sibling's children, Betty McMahan Adams (Ike) and Brian McMahan of Sevierville, TN.; and her children-in-law, Jack Askew and Rebecca Farmer (Connie Gonzales). She is also survived by her children, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
