He is survived by : his son Howard Paul Stout, Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, McKenna Stout and Howard Paul Stout, III (Trey); his half-sisters, Robin Arnett (Scott) and Susan Stansberry; his nieces, Karen Endicott and Glenda Sue Harrington; and his nephew Dennis Stout.
