He is survived by : his daughters, Donna Bellamy Woods (Hal) of Elizabethton, TN and Cathy Bellamy; his siblings, Ina Bellamy of Mountain City, TN, Flora Bellamy of Mountain City, TN, Phyllis Blue of Nashville, TN, Paul Bellamy of Elizabethton, TN, John Bellamy of Bristol, TN, Mark Bellamy of Bristol, TN, Michael Bellamy of Bodie, MD, Dany Bellamy of Bodie, MD, Phillip Bellamy of Jonesboro, TN, Ricky Bellamy of Mountain City, TN, Gregory Bellamy of Missouri and Ronald Bellamy of Raleigh, NC; and his grandchildren, Theo Baker and Marcus Bellamy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
