He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Blackburn and Georgia Blackburn; and his siblings, Larry Blackburn, Carl Blackburn, Bill Blackburn and Karen Luna.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Blackburn; his children, Billie Jo Meara, Georgia Blackburn and Adam Blackburn; his siblings, Rick Blackburn, Bobby Blackburn, Barbara Blackburn, Katherine Griffith and Betty Luna; his grandchildren, Walker Jenkins, Nevaeh Blackburn, Zhymir Logan Blackburn and Nikolai Blackburn; and his friends, Tom Eastridge, James Vanover, Gene Canter and James Canter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
