It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelsey Renea Cox (Mountain City, Tennessee), who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her great-grandparents, Betty and Otis Osborne; her grandfather Bob Phillippi; her great-grandparent Crissy Wilson; her aunt Barbra Wilson; and her close friends, Trinity Huete, Tequilla Wright, Alexis, Adam, Gracee McKinney, Mark and Tommy Ward.

She is survived by : her parents, Deirdre Phillippi-Cox and Randall Walter Cox; her siblings, Dalton Phillippi, Paige Phillippi and Briana Cox; and her grandparents, Roda, Walter Cox and Jo Phillippi.
