She is survived by: her parent Lucy Guinn; her children, Caitlin Westphal and Jonathan Westphal; her siblings, Gerri Lynn Barnes, Gerald Barr Jr. and Franklin Barr; her close friends, Mike and Karen; and her caregivers, Linda Williams and Leona Barnett. She is also survived by three grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
