She was predeceased by: her parents, John Graybeal Wolfe, Sr. and Gracie Wolfe Ferguson; her brothers, Elijah, Dave and Jeff Wolfe; and the father of her children Douglas "Doc" Blackburn.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Shank; her children, Greg Blackburn (Sherry), Priscilla Blackburn and Deidre Blackburn; her brother Tim Wolfe (Kerry); her grandchildren, Mehgan (Garrett), Matthew (Jessica), Hannah (Will), Caleb (Alysta), Zeke and Danica; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Connor, Cooper and Clay. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mountain City Funeral Home (224 S Church St, Mountain City, TN 37683). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
