She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wentz and Phyllis Wentz; her husband Jack Clark; and her son Dennis Dowlen. She is survived by: her son Michael Schultz (Tami Jo); her sister Katherine Stewart (Forrest); and her grandchildren, Billy Holder (Michelle), James Dowlen (Kristin), James Gunn, Dawn Dowlen, Kristina Dowlen, Jamie Mendoza, Marrilyn Davis, Johanna Gibson, Kira Rerko, James Lynes, Jennifer Hitchcock and James Hitchcock. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
