He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Blevins; his children, David Blevins, Diana Morefield (Bill) of Mountain City, TN, Rick Blevins (Judy) of Troutdale, VA and James Blevins (Angie) of Damascus, VA; his grandchildren, Samantha Young, D. J. Blevins, Jordan Johnson (Keri), Justin Mullins (Kristin), Rebecca Jackson (Josh), Nikki Hayton (Ryan), Miranda Morgan (Chase), Emily Phillips (Tanner), Sara Dennison (Jordan) and Mark Blevins; and his siblings, Peggy Holliday, Steve Blevins (Connie), Johnny Blevins (Cathy) and Terry Blevins. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
