He was predeceased by: his parent Dallas Warren Dickens; his grandparents, Emory and Pearl Warren; his aunts, Billie Ruth Tester, Evelyn Reeves and Glenda Reeves; his friend Johnny Triplett; and his pet Pepper.
He is survived by: his significant other Heather Dickens; his children, Samantha Dowell (Brian), Mikaela Carroll (Jake), Mackenzie Carroll (Jacob), Michael Dickens (Christina) and Ashley Bunting (Dustin); his grandchildren, Brooke, Maddison, Sophia, Emma, Brynlee, Isabella, Colten, Kaitlin and Danielle; his sister Kathy Kirsh; his cousins, Donna Kerley and Eugene Tester; and his friends, Corey, Jessica, C. J. Crumley, Danny Kyte, Leon Hathorn, Dickie Smith, Von, Kathy Potter, Dean Fletcher, Glenna Tedrow and Misty Dickens.
