He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Guy and Earl Guy; and his sons, Travis and Bradley Guy. He is survived by: his daughter Elaine Guy (Kenny); and his siblings, Patricia Johnson (Dave), Scott Guy, Chris Guy (Angie) and Kevin Guy (Brandi). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
