She is survived by : her children, Tim Phillips (Lisa), Jeffery Carpenter, Mike Phillips, Tammy Wilson and Cathy Phillips (Belinda); her grandchildren, Mindy Church (Johnny), Brittany Wilson (Krysten), Rio Phillips, Leea Phillips, Cheyenne Roush (Adam), Dalton Roark (Cassie) and Trey Worley; her great grandchildren, Adrieanna Ray (Jacob), Nate and Bentley; her grandchildren, Kyilie, Gary-Wayne, Leo, Colton, Elliot, Quinn and Brookes Worley; and her great great grandchildren, Kendel and Wyatt Ray.
