He is survived by: his wife Katherine Pearl Osborne; his children, Robin Hess (James), Pam Crowder (Darrel), Paula Anson and Kevin Osborne; his siblings, Millie Roark, Della Mae Glover (Trixie), Johnny Tip Osborne and Carl Osborne (Gracie); his grandchildren, Jaimey, Shania and Josh; his great grandchild Waylon; and his close friends, Earl Greer, Howard Stout, Wayne Vaught, Pearl Stout and Ernest Tester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
