Richard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Richard will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his parents, Dean Mink and Susie Mink; his fiancé Renea Woodard; his children, Katlin Howard, Nathan Mink and Jonah Mink; his brother Kevin Mink (Rebecca); his grandson Carson Tilson; and his close friend Jordan Gray. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mountain City Funeral Home (224 S Church St, Mountain City, TN 37683). A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
