She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Parker and Helen McNeely Parker; her uncle Lloyd; and her aunt Sue McNeely Weatherly. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy E. Phillippi; her children, Howard E. Phillippi (Libby), Steven E. Phillippi (Reina) and Linda Lee Phillippi Dunn (Victor); her grandchildren, Eric, Daniel, Rebekah, Mary Kate, David, Mason and Mary Anne; her sister Joan Parker Smith (Bart); her niece Vickie Smith; and her nephew Brian Smith. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
