He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Dugger and Mary Lou Arnold; his wives, Edell Hatley Arnold and Naomi Heaton Arnold; his daughter Barbara Barnhill; and his grandson Eric Wesley Snyder.
He is survived by: his daughter Dolores Phillips (Tim) of Elizabethton, Tennessee; his sister Glenda Greene; his stepsister Sue Bunton; his son-in-law Mike Barnhill; his grandsons, Brent Snyder and Austin Jenkins (Chelsey); his great grandchildren, Dalton Snyder, Cayden Jenkins and Rylan Jenkins; and his close friends, Mike, Lisa Walker and Mark Hagaman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
