She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Maxwell and Ella Maxwell; her husband David Glen Smith; and her siblings, Helen Maxwell Crowder and Earl Ray Maxwell.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Smith Waller (Mike), Karen Smith Garland (David) and David Glen Smith II (Jessica Cornett); her siblings, Ruth Maxwell Smith, Carol Maxwell Shoun Holler and Dean Maxwell (Diana); her grandchildren, Alan Waller, Adam Waller (Katie), Courtney Garland, Preston Garland, Brantlee Garland, Bethany Garland, Carli Smith and Calli Smith; and her great grandchildren, Benton Waller and Emi Kate Waller. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wilma's memory to these organizations that were special to her, First United Methodist Church, the Johnson County Public Library, Johnson County Senior Center, or Johnson County Rescue Squad.
