She is survived by: her husband Brian Turner; her children, Kathryn Phillips (Caleb), Autumn Bradley (Blake) and Nicholas Turner; and her grandchildren, Cash Etheridge, Carter Phillips, Carson Phillips, Henry Bradley, Kaylee Phillips and Camden Phillips. She is also survived by eight siblings.

The family requests that donations be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
