In the vast expanse of eternity, Frances shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frances farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Lumpkin; her parents, W. H. Mashburn and Lillie Mae Mashburn; and her sister Florence Mashburn Delashmit. She is survived by: her children, Susan Lumpkin Starnes and Michael Lumpkin; and her sister Carolyn Mashburn Chumley. She is also survived by three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Munford Funeral Home Munford Chapel (1136 Tipton Rd, Munford, TN 38058). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family asks any memorials be made to the Antioch Baptist Church.
