She is survived by: her husband Kevin Purl; her daughter Madyson Lay (Drew); her parents, Gary Bradley and Janet Bradley; her sister Valerie Flynn (Chris); her in-laws, Debbie Staples (Yogi), Cindy Rupe (Tony) and Donna Rupe (Ronnie); her nephews, Ryan Devereaux (Lara) and Jonathan Devereaux (Toni); and her niece Shannon.
