He is survived by: his parents, Perry Fortner and Brenda Fortner; his children, Lyndsey Smith (Josh), Tyler Frizzell (Shyann), Noah Brown and Ethan Fortner; his grandson Mavric Smith; and his sister Tabatha Rodgers (Pete).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Munford Funeral Home - Munford (1136 Tipton Rd, Munford, TN 38058). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Randolph Cemetery (215 McClerkin Rd, Burlison, TN 38015).
